First Clinic with Olympic Champ

Posted: November 29, 2012

November 29, 2012 |  We are pleased to announce that the Inaugural Beat the Streets LA Wrestling Clinic will feature reigning Olympic Gold Medalist and World Champion Jordan Burroughs.  The clinic provides an upclose and personal opportunity for our middle school wrestlers to learn from one of the very best competing in the world today.  For most of the student athletes in our program, having just competed in their first wrestling competition, the timing for them to meet a standout individual like Mr. Burroughs could not have been better.
The clinic will be held on Friday, December 7th, 2012 from 4:30PM – 6:30 PM.  Ramon C. Cortines High School will serve as the venue and is located at 450 N. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
This event will be the first in a series of wrestling clinics offered to our program’s student athletes.  To learn more about Jordan Burroughs, refer to his biography below (as provided by USA Wrestling).
