Middle Schools take part in first ever dual meets

December 20, 2016 | Last week, BTLSA middle schools took part in the very first dual meet competitions of this—or any—BTSLA season.
Over the course of the week, 11 middle schools took part in dual meets at 4 different sites. The series of dual meets was an excellent way for our student-athletes to experience a team competition in front of their cheering classmates.
The dual meets could not have been possible without the support of our after-school partners Beyond the Bell, After-School All-Stars, and L.A.C.E.R., all who provided much needed resources to ensure that the dual meets took place.
We can’t wait until the next round of dual meets in February!
