Sarah Reyes

Sarah Reyes is a proud Angeleno, born and raised in East Los Angeles, and deeply committed to giving back to her community. A first-generation college graduate, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with honors from the University of Southern California. Passionate about advancing education equity and creating opportunities for underrepresented youth, Sarah brings both personal experience and professional expertise to her work.

She began her journey with Beat the Streets Los Angeles as an intern during her senior year at USC and officially joined the team as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Over the past five years, she has grown with the organization and now serves as Associate Director of Events and Marketing. In this role, Sarah combines her skills in communications, branding, and event management with her passion for the mission—helping expand the impact of wrestling-based programs that empower LA youth, build confidence, and inspire many to pursue higher education.
