November Female Athlete of the Month: Aalyssa David

December 11, 2013  |  Outstanding middle school student Aalyssa David has been named BTSLA’s Female Athlete of the Month for November. David, an 8th grade student at Porter Middle School is a second year wrestler in the BTSLA program.
“Aalyssa is one of the hardest workers on our team and always has a smile on her face. She is a great teammate and is fantastic to have in our program” said Porter Middle School coach Vlad Kochiev.
Aalyssa has been a member of the Porter Middle School team since it’s inception and has competed in 3 Jamborees, earning a medal in each, including taking the top honors twice. She was honored last summer by being selected to participate in Marcie Van Dusen’s MVD Altitude Wrestling Camp.
