Beat the Streets Los Angeles 5th Annual Benefit and International Competition on March 31, 2019

December 21, 2018 | We are proud to announce that the Beat the Streets Los Angeles 5th Annual Benefit will be held on Sunday, March 31, 2019. This year’s competition and benefit reception will be held in Los Angeles at The Wiltern Theatre and will feature an international competition between the India and U.S. Women’s Freestyle Wrestling teams.
The lineups for the two nations are not currently finalized. The United States and India are among the best women’s wrestling nations in the world. The United States placed second at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships and third at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships in women’s freestyle wrestling. India placed eighth at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships.
Following our last successful benefit featuring the Japan and U.S. Women’s Freestyle Wrestling teams, Beat the Streets Los Angeles is honored to continue a tradition of showcasing the world’s greatest female wrestlers and inspiring the rising generation of wrestlers in Los Angeles and beyond.
All funds raised during the 5th Annual Benefit campaign will support the Beat the Streets Los Angeles mission to empower and transform the lives of youth through the sport of wrestling.
