The Associate Director of Mentorship and Programming will help launch and lead a new youth center in Los Angeles.
Established in 2012, Beat the Streets Los Angeles is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to youth development through sport. Our mission is to empower and transform the lives of youth through the sport of wrestling, with a particular emphasis on under-resourced and underserved communities in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
The Associate Director of Mentorship and Programming plays a pivotal role in the mission of Beat the Streets, working closely with the Executive Director and Director of Development. This position is responsible for the effective planning, execution, and supervision of all wrestling programming in accordance with BTSLA’s mission and vision. The position will oversee a team of coaches/mentors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that empower and transform the lives of youth.
